The following is a list of all episodes that have been broadcast across all television series, since the series began on 21 February 1996.[1] The first seven series featured Amanda Burton in the lead role. Following Burton's departure (in series 8, episode 2), Emilia Fox joined the show (in series 8, episode 5) as new forensic pathologist Nikki Alexander and as of 2023 is still in the series.[2] In the first episode of series 6, William Gaminara and Tom Ward both joined the series. After series 15, Ward left the show to pursue other projects.[3] He was replaced by David Caves and Liz Carr who both joined the show in series 16.[4] Gaminara left the show at the end of series 16[5] and was replaced by Richard Lintern from series 17.[6] Both Lintern and Carr left the show at the end of series 23.

    The 2020 Hurford Hardwood Portrait Prize is a national portrait prize open to any media. 2020 judge, Abdul Abdullah, named Antoinette O’Brien as the winner of the $10,000 acquisitive prize, for her portrait of Helen Deravenchecko, saying: ‘The combination of ceramic elements in the work drew me into a story about memory, and how moments attach themselves to our experience.’

    Abdullah also recognised Michelle Dawson with a highly commendation for her portrait of the late Vera Wasowski.

    The exhibition will be on display until 31 January 2021.
