Dato' Laila UtamaHajahMazuin Hamzah (lahir 11 Disember 1964) merupakan seorang penyanyi, pemuzik dan pelakon yang berasal dari Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. Beliau juga merupakan salah seorang bekas anggota kumpulan Quinary M yang terdiri daripada adik-beradiknya. Beliau mempunyai seorang abang iaitu Mazlan Hamzah dan pernah membuat persembahan pentas bersama-sama.[1] Beliau seringkali muncul untuk rancangan Mekar Sejambak terbitan RTM pada sekitar tahun 1980-an. Beliau pernah mendapat liputan media secara meluas melalui perkahwinan dengan Pengiran Muda Sufri Bolkiah. Beliau mempunyai hubungan kekeluargaan bersama Amy Mastura sebagai sepupu.
